Management & Leadership Institute Open Conversation Series

The Management & Leadership Institute is leading a series of intentional and honest discussions for impact and change that is open to all within the University of Louisiana System.

In light of the climate in America today and the university’s role in sharing knowledge and understanding, the Universities of Louisiana Management & Leadership Institute (M&LI) has established a forum that facilitates conversations centered on racial diversity and inclusion. Quarterly, a specific discussion item will be chosen (book, poem, essay, documentary, podcast, or other relevant media) that will serve to stimulate conversation and thought, and M&LI graduates will coordinate a virtual discussion open to System faculty and staff.
