This Request for Proposals (RFP) is issued by the State of Louisiana, University of Louisiana System Board of Supervisors.  The purpose of this RFP is to obtain competitive proposals as allowed by Louisiana Revised Statute 39:1503 from bona fide, qualified proposers who are interested in providing consulting services to conduct background checks on potential employees at the University of Louisiana System universities, Board office, Louisiana Community and Technical College System Institutions, and Board office
