Board Committees

Board members serve on committees that focus on key areas of governance, including academic affairs, finance, facilities, athletics, legislation, and institutional strategy. Committees review matters within their areas and make recommendations to the full Board. Some committees meet regularly at Board meetings, while others convene as needed to address specific topics. Special or ad hoc committees may also be created to address emerging issues.
