When and where will the Universities of Louisiana For Our Future Conference be held?
The conference will take place on February 14 – 15, 2019 at the University of Louisiana Lafayette in Lafayette, LA. Due to limited space, the conference will be capped at 450 participants.
How much are registration fees for the conference?
The conference registration will be $30. This includes attendance for both days and access to all sessions, conference materials and meals.
How do I pay the registration fee?
The UL System will submit an invoice and a list of registrants to the Provost/Vice President of Academic Affairs office. Please make sure you have received the necessary approvals required by your institution to prevent any delays.
What is the conference dress code?
The conference dress code is business attire. Temperatures in the conference rooms vary so if you are prone to getting cold, carry a light sweater or jacket with you.
What is the registration cancellation policy?
You may cancel you registration by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org before Wednesday, January 23. After that date food/supplies will be ordered so your institution will still be charged for the registration. Please allow 10 business days for processing.
How do I make changes or corrections to my completed registration?
To make changes or corrections to your registration, please email email@example.com with the corrected information.
I can no longer attend the conference. Can I send someone in my place?
If you are no longer able to attend and would like someone else to attend in your place, please email firstname.lastname@example.org by February 1 with that person’s name, title and email address.
